Each MacLife stores has a full service department staffed with experienced, Apple-certified technicians with experience in trouble shooting and diagnosing problems correctly and in a timely manner.  Apple computers can be brought to either of our locations, or you can arrange a service appointment to have a technician come to your home or office at a time convenient to you.  

Our staff are highly experienced in installing and managing Macs both in stand-alone systems and on business networks. We also thrive in environments that are heterogeneous in nature.  In other words environments that contain many types of systems, Mac, PC and or LINUX.  No matter what the situation we can handle it.

Many businesses find it convenient to arrange a service agreement with us and have our staff become their 'IT Team'.   Our staff can come out on a regular schedule to ensure your systems and network continue running smoothly.  We also have an urgent response team who is able to come out on short notice to address urgent situations with a system or network.

You've probably noticed that our website is not set up with e-commerce.  That is fine for some, but we believe that Apple people enjoy talking to other Apple people!  We like to lay our hands on the latest Apple products before we buy them.   MacLife stores are comfortable places where you can ask questions and get honest answers from people with real-life user experience, not just a plastic badge from a big box store.  We'll help you select products that fit YOUR situation and suit YOUR needs.  We even have consumer financing and business leasing programs available.

Around the stores you'll see Erik Smith, Director of Service and Business Relations and Kevin Love, General Manager.  These are the owners.  They took over MacLife in 2005 with a vision of providing customers with a sales staff that has a superior knowledge of Apple products, a shopping experience that is both low pressure and exciting, and a service center where your concerns are listened to and your problems are resolved.
